BIOGRAPHY
Born in a family of musicians, Vlad began his violin studies at the age of six under his father's guidance, making his debut at only eight years old alongside the Satu Mare Philharmonic Orchestra.
He then pursued his academic training at the "Gheorghe Dima" National Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca with Victoria Nicolae, time during which he was also mentored by international artists such as Liviu Prunaru, Sherban Lupu, Gabriel Croitoru, Silvia Marcovici and David Grimal.
A regular guest at prominent national and international classical music festivals, Vlad appears extensively as both a soloist and a chamber musician. He is consistently performing as a soloist with Romania's Philharmonic Orchestras under the direction of renowned conductors such as Gheorghe Costin, Gabriel Bebeșelea, Petre Sbîrcea, Jozsef Horvath, and Janko Zsolt. His commitment to a diverse repertoire is highlighted by his premieres of violin concertos by Samuel Barber and Richard Strauss, as well as Astor Piazzolla's The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires.

Cluj-Napoca, RomaniaAlongside his performing career, Vlad enjoys teaching, as he currently holds the distinguished position of Associate Professor, PhD within the violin department of the "Gheorghe Dima" National Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca. He frequently leads masterclasses across Romania, Hungary and Republic of Moldova.
